Secure online payment

Payment for your online orders is processed securely by bank card or via PayPal.

Card payments are due in full at the time of order and are processed exclusively in euros.

Transactions are processed through the secure payment platform Stripe, acting as a technical payment intermediary. Stripe uses recognized security protocols, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, to ensure the confidentiality of data exchanged between the buyer’s browser and the payment server.

For card payments or payments via PayPal, no banking data is stored, retained, or recorded by COSTALFA, whether on the website, on its servers, or in its databases.

Payment information (card number, expiry date, security code) is transmitted directly in encrypted form to the secure systems of Stripe or PayPal and is processed solely by these payment providers, in accordance with applicable security standards and European regulations.

Under no circumstances does COSTALFA receive, process, store, or retain any banking information relating to the buyer.

The buyer acknowledges that the security of payment operations is the sole responsibility of the payment providers used (Stripe and PayPal) and that COSTALFA shall not be held liable for any malfunction attributable to these third-party services.
